The Banter Bus – Relentless Wake Team Trip of Joy

One rather meaty Relentless wagon, six lads and a mission to see who can ‘out banter’ each other for five days of splitting sides and heads, pain and pleasure in equal doses across three different cables on the continent.

There are untold joys to be had on cables and obstacles across Europe, Germany obviously hosting the mother-load of the very best. Before we got there however, MC, Young, LDB, honourary Relentless team member for the trip, Johnny Carne and of course Mr Syndicate, Eddy, sampled the delights of a couple of other cables first! Down Under Cable, Utrecht, Holland and some serious quarter pipe caning was our first stop, hitting up the cable and the Teva Blue Line System 2.0 park. A wee Playboy Netherlands photoshoot later and we were off to base camp Langenfeld, mid-west Germany. From there we hit up one of the newer set-ups amongst the German cable contingent, The Bricks, for some insane non stop cable action.

Saturday through Monday saw the crew get some serious rail action of every shape and size imaginable alongside thousands of others hitting up Langenfeld’s Wake Up party weekender, consisting of not just the qualifying event but 500+ campers sessioning the four full size cables and System 2.0 park all weekend long. Not forgetting the none stop stream of sun worshippers coming through the park gate, there to line the beachy shores of each cable.

We can not wait to get back out there!!!
